Data You Give Us Directly
Search Queries
A query entered into a sponsored search tool is delivered to the outside company that operates that tool. The partner processes the request and provides its own results. Faulkner County Court Docket does not keep or log those search terms on its own systems.
Messages and Contact Submissions
If a visitor sends an email, the message and return address may be retained long enough to answer and manage the exchange. The message is not shared outside the organization unless the sender authorizes it or disclosure is required by law. Court filings and confidential case details should always go to the official court, not to this private resource.
Data We Gather Automatically
Normal server and analytics logs can collect technical facts when a page is requested:
- Internet Protocol address
- Browser type and version
- Device class and operating system
- Pages viewed and time spent
- Referring page or service, when supplied
- Date and time of each request
Cookies and Analytics
Cookies are small files that can help measure traffic, remember technical preferences, and show which content works well. Analytics providers may aggregate visitor activity for performance reports. Browser controls can block or remove cookies, although parts of the website or a partner tool may then work differently.
What We Do With This Data
Information may be used for these operating needs:
- Delivering pages and maintaining site performance
- Routing a sponsored search to the partner that provides it
- Understanding which resources visitors use
- Diagnosing errors, abuse, and security problems
- Displaying and measuring advertising
No Court-Record Data on File
Faulkner County Court Docket does not host, compile, maintain, or sell a database of court dockets or personal case records. It publishes civic-reference information about Search ARCourts, the Faulkner County Circuit Clerk, Circuit Court, and District Court departments. Arkansas Supreme Court Administrative Order 19 governs access to Arkansas judiciary case records, while the Arkansas Freedom of Information Act, Ark. Code ยง25-19-105, supports routes for county administrative records. Neither makes this private website the custodian of a court file. Visitor information is not assembled into a consumer report.
Third-Party Search Partners
Outside companies power sponsored search boxes. A submission to one of those services is controlled by that company's privacy policy, retention rules, prices, and terms, not solely by this policy. Review the partner's disclosures before providing a query or payment information. An outside search result is not a certified Faulkner County court record.
Links to Other Websites
Links may lead to Search ARCourts, Faulkner County offices, Arkansas Judiciary, courts, legal resources, or commercial partners. Once a visitor follows an external link, the destination's policy governs its collection and use. Advertising providers may also use their own technology to measure activity across websites. Faulkner County Court Docket does not control those systems.
Who Might See Your Data
Personal data is not sold by Faulkner County Court Docket. Limited information may be available to:
- Search partners that receive a visitor's query
- Analytics vendors that measure traffic and performance
- Advertising services that place or measure ads
- Hosting, security, and technical providers
- Government or law-enforcement bodies when valid legal process requires disclosure
How We Protect Your Data
Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used for information under the site's control. No internet transmission, server, or storage method can be guaranteed secure. These measures reduce risk but cannot promise that a breach, interruption, or unauthorized access will never occur.
Users Under 18
The website is intended for adults and does not knowingly collect personal information from a person under 18. If such information is identified, a request may be made for its deletion. A minor's court matter must not be submitted through a private contact or sponsored-search form.
Your Data Rights
Rights vary with the law that applies to the visitor and the service handling the information. A person may ask, where applicable, to:
- Learn what personal information is held
- Obtain a copy of that information
- Correct inaccurate information
- Request deletion
- Object to or opt out of certain processing
A request concerning a partner's data must be sent to that partner. A request for an Arkansas court record must go to the filing clerk under the rules that govern that record.
Updates to This Policy
This policy may be revised as technology, vendors, or legal requirements change. A new version becomes effective when it is posted here, and the date below will be updated so visitors can identify the current text.
